What MeMind is
MeMind is an AI memory product. We help you store notes and knowledge and recall them in chat. This policy explains how we think about privacy while the product is early.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit (for example, demo or waitlist forms).
- Basic site analytics that help us understand page usage (if enabled).
- When the product memory features launch: notes, files, and chat content you choose to save in your account.
How we use data
We use contact information to respond to you. Product memory data exists so MeMind can answer from your notes — not to sell personal content. We do not sell your notes as a product.
Storage and models
Depending on deployment, processing may run on our servers and/or local or hosted open models. We aim to keep memory scoped to your workspace and avoid using your private notes to train public foundation models.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete contact submissions or account data by emailing the address we publish on the site when support is available. We will expand export/delete controls as the product matures.
Changes
We may update this policy as MeMind ships new features. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
