By using MeMind websites and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

Early product

MeMind is under active development. Features, availability, and interfaces may change. Marketing pages describe the product direction; some capabilities may still be rolling out.

Your content

You keep ownership of notes and files you upload. You grant MeMind permission to process that content only to provide memory, recall, and related product features for you (and your team, if you use Business mode).

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service to break laws or harm others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt infrastructure or access other users’ private memory.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is.” AI answers can be incomplete or incorrect — verify important decisions against your source notes.
